There is always silence on this one, I think the neolibs sense a level of "viability" and a track record that might fend off one of their many worthless turds.

Would they vote for a woman of advancing age like Mrs. C?

Why is Warren who's been a Senator for 5 minutes considered POTUS timber? And would she be elected? She's no Tulsi Gabbard. Again America is shallow and getting more so. Obama is good looking guy.

Of these choice I don't know, I'd go with O'Malley maybe.

But the answer is I don't know ,there is not an obvious choice I can think of.

Mark Warner?

I remember him running for the US House in 2000 and losing the primary.

Never could I imagine this guy would be elected President just 8 years later!! Meteoric rise!!

I also wouldn't have guessed that George Bush's retarded son would have came after Clinton either.

I was trying to figure this out. She is an American Samoan and that makes her an US National and not necessarily a full fledged US citizen.

The more I learn about her the more I love her. I love the fact that she is a female combat veteran and has a very anti-war stance. I also love that she is in her early 30s and has the potential for a very long and influential political career. I just hope that I'm wrong on the US national / US citizen thing.

Are NOT born citizens, they are only "US Nationals". Weird. I heard some people are suing over that now.

But her mother is a natural born citizen therefore Tulsi is as well.

As a Hindu though would the bigots of this country elect her President? I hope so but I don't know.

preference is for Hillary Clinton. Not only is she immensely qualified, I desperately want to see a woman President in my lifetime. I think she would be an outstanding president! I thought my opportunity to see a woman President was lost when she didn't win the nomination in 2008, but I enthusiastically supported Obama once the primaries were over. Maybe I can witness a bit more history, after all.

You can't argue with her resume and the more than a decade of international contact building that she has done as a First Lady and then as a SOS. She would just roll into the job of being president and start running.

I don't think Hillary will run in 2016 due to health and age issues.

I think Biden will try but he'll be in his early 70's. Age too will be a factor. Reagan was 72 when he was elected and after he left office we find out that he suffered from Alzheimer's. I just don't see Americans willing to vote for Prez someone who is in their 70's right now.

If Hillary or Biden do run, their VP choice will be critical and will be scrutinized more than any other in the past due to the odds that their running mate could die in office.

, not necessarily one listed.

Historically it is VERY unusual for a member of Congress to be directly elected to the Presidency, they are usually either a governor or a vice president. Given Biden's age in 2016, he will be considered too old for the position by many people across the country.

Cuomo and O'Malley probably cost themselves any chance at the Presidency (even if they and some here don't believe so) with their efforts to pass very stringent gun control in their respective states:
FL (29 EV), VA (13 EV), OH (18 EV), PA (20 EV), NV (6 EV), CO (9 EV), NM (5 EV), IA (6 EV), WI (10 EV),
MN (10) & MI (16 EV) are all states that voted Democratic in 2012 and while probably not all of the states would go Republican, many would, especially FL, VA, OH & PA.

I might consider pushing for a Biden or Clinton (most likely Biden, since Clinton has said she isn't running) POTUS candidacy with a younger up-and-comer in the VP slot. O'Malley, or Cuomo, or Warren, who knows? Whoever fits best. Run with that for a term and then move that VP up into the POTUS slot for a two term run.
