2. uh,,, maybe you need to read the whole song. he's talking about the assholes who kill millions of

innocent people and go on TV and smile about it. his words are a reflection of what many of us feel inside - anger towards warmongers who disregard human life. Personally this is on of my favorite dylan songs. Sorry if you think it's "mean."

I think Newt is having a very good time and his smile is genuine

The smile you have to watch out for is Willard
that is a fake smile
Willard is pissed because he thinks he is god's gift to the US
and the people should open their arms to him
