and yet it did not seem to think he was out of bounds for endangering the lives of his neighbors.
And this is obviously one of those neighborhoods with a Homeowners Association. Why would he be willing to live in a place like that if he did not like "intrusions" to his "freedom".
Glad this guy was found out before someone got hurt.
Scary to think about how many more in neighborhoods all over are like this.

Though it's one thing my little jaunt in Iraq taught me all too clearly.

I also try not to think about how flamethrowers are completely legal to buy and own. It's easier to sleep at night.
