I am going to double down on this EC rigging thing

I still don't think any state will do this. First, in VA, there is already one Senator against and I think more to come. In Florida, no way, no how. Cuban Americans benefit mightily from the Electoral College. The embargo against Cuba is in effect for one reason only, Cuban Americans in Florida have a big say in how those EC votes get apportioned. Under the district scheme they would go from having a huge influence on the awarding of 29 votes to having an admittedly decisive influence on 2. Cuban Americans are a massive part of the Florida GOP and they will not abide this.

Now, what should we do if I am wrong and some state does this. First, the state should face a massive boycott of any and all businesses and products from that state. Citizens within that state should literally shut the government of that state down. Teamsters should shut down any and all truck deliveries to or from that state's government. The teachers of that state should go on strike shutting down all schools. Public hospital employees, should walk off their jobs. The police and firefighters should walk off their jobs. The capital, the governor's mansion, and the residence of any official supporting this scheme should be surrounded 24/7 by noisy obnoxious protesters. All of that should happen until the bill is repealed. If Virginia, or any other state, dares to do this, that state should become an economic, governmental, and safety basket case until that bill is repealed. No gas, no food, no nothing.
