She likes Scott's insider trading bill but says its not tough enough. Wants to tweak it tougher and require that no congress person own stocks at all ot at least have it all in blind trusts.

is that Brown held a lot of Bank of America at the point where he traded his needed 60th vote to break the filibuster on Dodd/Frank for the authors changing the bill to save the big banks $19 billion - they were suppose to self fund a bailout fund in case there is another failure - instead it was funded by returned TARP funds (ie tax payer money).
