Ed reports on the secret email system used to manage thousands of communications - and who set it up, None other than, wait for it...

... Walker Deputy Chief of Staff Tim Russell, who already has been charged with embezzling $60,000 from a Veterans fundraiser.

Also implicated is Walker appointee, State Medicaid Director Bret Davis who was involved with Walker's County Exec campaign as well as his Chief of Staff Tom Nardelli, current Press Secretary, Cullen Werwie, and - guess who - Reinse Prebus, Chair of the RNC.
