It got rough around my area around 5am yesterday, but luckily nothing we are not used to. Winds were the main problem. Some lost power.

I live in Woodstock, GA, south of Adairsville, which was hit hard by the tornado. My area was in and out of tornao warnings all day. I was a nervous wreck watching the reports on TV all day. Fortunately, Woodstock was not hit with any heavy storms, just rain, rain and more rain. I was afraid of flooding because I had experienced the flood of 2009.

The last post I saw from you was your post in the one that was talking about the storms yesterday. You had me a little worried.

We lost power about 6:00 a.m. but it's back on now. We lost some roof shingles and have some tree limbs down but nothing serious. It's still terribly windy but it looks like we escaped the worst of it. It was a long and loud night and I'm going back to bed soon for a nap.
