Watching Moyers and Company - show on how banks got so powerful.

http://billmoyers.com/

It is literally making me ill. Really talks about/identifies the "self selecting subset of people for whom great wealth is the most important thing at any cost".

I just don't understand.

editing - Dorgan called the financial collapse in 1999 in a congressional speech. He called it perfectly. Hardly anyone listened.

and its easy for a multimillionaire that didnt lose a dime in the economic disaster to talk about all the mistakes made by the banks,Wall St and the importance of regulations..but because those regulations were not in place ,he was able to aquire his wealth...now he brought up really good issues for conversation and he told us what we all know and it took him about 20 minutes to do it,,"get Wall St money out of politics" and bring back the strict banking regulations..
...We have the same financial experts advising this President but yet when B Moyers asked Reed what he thought should happen..he said "political foes must come together"..well that will never happen because Wall St owns our Congress and Executive branch plain and simple..
So ..thank you for sharing this NRaleigh... and must watch/read link
