Being a Health ‘Expert’ is a Health Hazard

Being a Health ‘Expert’ is a Health Hazard

I wonder if this is because some people who constantly focus on being healthy are hypochondriacs and stress themselves out? Either that or being healthy only does so much for longevity. Most of my aunts on my Dad's side all live to around 100 and they just ate basic diets. Eggs and bacon, meat and potatoes. They stayed active and lived purposeful lives. Genetics seems to be 75% of health but that being said, I do think eating healthy is important. Not trying to discount it.

You have to get those essential vitamins and minerals etc. She may only live into her 30 now because her body was neglected so badly of vital nutrients for so long.
