(53,410 posts)It's not about how much money a person has. It's about the corporate mentality and the methods of getting their ill gotten gains. It's about becoming wealthy by methods which leave whole swaths of humanity homeless and in debt over their heads. It's about always seeking to invest the least amount in order to get maximum profits for themselves.
Willie is rich, but he got that way through working very hard with his talents. Willie used his gift to help farmers and to help build biodiesel truck stops to help build alternate sources of fuel.
Willie may not be poor but he's definitely one of the 99%. What defines the 1% and the 99% isn't money itself. It's how it's amassed and how it's used.
