and closing in on Nevada.
Our prison nation would be the 36-37 most populous state.

Of course more people are behind bars here in the "land of the free and home of the brave" than any other nation on the planet and I have no doubt the tolerance of an immoral for profit prison industry greatly influences this number.
The notion that here in the aformentioned "land of the free" an industry should profit from imprisoning the American People and cannabis be illegal is Alice in Wonderland logic.
