Just Emailed 9th Dist Rep Adam Smith about the S word.

I just sent an email to Adam Smith and backed it up with a cc to his senior adviser who I am friends with.

I basically thank him for keeping the S word conversation with a bill to bring this matter to an end presented this morning, it was defeated.

But I also took him and the Democrats to task in just following the republicans out of town with as much expediency. I suggested that it might be politically beneficial if they would just stay in town as a symbol they are serious about resolving this matter.

I said Congress needs leadership and these are opportunity's that they could step up and show it.

I hope to have a reply soon.
