Scumbag Arrested,.....In Scumbag Killing!
Ammar Harris, 26, wanted in connection with three deaths after a shooting and fiery crash on the Strip on Feb. 21, was arrested around noon in Studio City in Los Angeles, authorities said Thursday.
Harris, who was driving a black Range Rover that was later impounded, was taken into custody late Thursday morning without any problems, police and federal officials said.
Harris was with a woman at the Archview luxury apartment complex in the vicinity of the Hollywood Freeway and the Los Angeles River, at 4150 Arch Drive, when he was arrested a week after the shooting.
Richard French, spokesman for the Los Angeles Police Department, said the FBI figured prominently in the arrest of Harris, who is being detained but has not yet been booked.

I'll be amazed if no one alerts on my smiley as being inappropriate!and too often it is children caught in the crossfire. I'm sorta' surprised they haven't alerted on the 'title'
