Looks Like The Repugs Outplayed The Dems On This Sequester.....

If you listen to CNN this a.m. they are talking about the dire situation that the Pentagon and Dept of Defense is facing due to the sequester cuts. They are making it sound really, really bad.

Enter the Repugs. I'm thinking that next week John Boehner and the House Repugs will put up a bill that will give a reprieve to the Pentagon and Defense Department on the sequester cuts and he and Mitch McConnell will put a full court press on the President and the Dems that they should pass it. If the Dems balk at it - they will label the Dems as 'weak in Defense' and that the Dems are putting this country in 'peril'.

The Dems will cave and any sequester cuts will come only out of the hides of the downtrodden, poor, sick, single mothers, students and middle class.

Anyone else think I'm on to something here?

And the Democrats will use that fact to win big in both houses in 2014.

In order to get to the blame you have to actually be responsible in this scenario because there is no possible argument that gets around that the TeaPubliKlans literally could not do it on their own.

Reinforce this with the wet finger in the air "the polls say" bullshit and next thing you know SURPRISE! SURPRISE!! SURPRISE!!! The game isn't the expected slam dunk and "nobody could have seen it coming" and time to point fingers at the liberals who don't clap hard enough.
