And his wife. They both need to realize that their days of being relevant were few and now they are completely just a minuscule afterthought. They are hated on the right for screwing up an election and on the left for just being who they are.
Goodbye, Farewell, Adios, Ann and Mitt Romney!!!

(14,177 posts)It would get them out of our presence. But, I feel sorry for their "subjects".

(14,177 posts)Mitt just seems like that kind of guy. Like knock it off kids or you will be joining Seamus on the roof. As much as I would love to see the Mittster go, I would still feel for what he would subject the Europeans to. I also fear for our relationship with Europe. We will have to make it clear it isn't our fault and thank them profusely for putting up with them.

Otherwise I think we would have an incident.

(20,998 posts)Mitt didn't lose the election because "the media" wanted him to lose. He lost the election because the voters wanted him to lose.
The voters. The lawful, legal, voting citizens of the United States.

(174 posts)Up until now, the Romney's have been very low-key and have kept out of the public eye. The same can not be said about losers from the past such as McCain and (the idiot) Palin.

(22,308 posts)Carville said today that any day with more Palin and less Christie was a good day for him (paraphrased). I feel the say way about Rmoney.
Parade him around and let him say even more foolish things than he already has. Maybe someone will finally ask him for the math behind his "tax plan". It isn't like he doesn't have the time to explain it now. I wonder what the new excuse would be.
W. is being kept in hiding so we don't get to point at that fool. McCain is out there but he is old news. Rmoney is one of the best examples we can now point to in order to show just how broken the Republican party is.
Luckily, he will be almost exclusively on FAUX, and I don't watch that crap so I don't have to put up with it.

(100,028 posts)That's exactly why he chose Paul Ryan as his vice president - the perfect guy to carry out their evil deeds. And I think the rest of the country realized that was going to have some really horrific consequences. Glad he's gone!

(1,443 posts)After all, he also said that government doesn't create jobs. I assume he could do it as a private citizen, what with his "expertise."
Or was he only going to do that if we gave him a free house?

(46,179 posts)never seems right to me; I can't seem to find a good reason, other than it somehow sets off my grammar alerts. I thought we got bored "by" things. Maybe the preposition doesn't really matter.
Romney and his wife? It's easy not to be bored by them, or of them. Simply quit watching and listening to them, and to those talking about them.
Problem solved.
I haven't thought about Romney since last November except when someone on DU is talking about him; he's irrelevant to me.

(1,922 posts)"bored of" seems clumsy, but how does that differ from "tired of"? "Tired by" doesn't really work for me.
"Bored by" would have been my choice as well, but still...

(53,410 posts)and so is his wife.
All I can think about is how totally boring it will be to have to hear or read what he has to say. Anyone who doesn't get that the American people have no use for him is just really a big time bore.
