Secret national security court already (is supposed to) issue warrants for tapping phones for national security reasons.
Why isn't a similar level of oversight for a military assassination in the USA reasonable, as specified in the poll. (A 'hot pursuit' type situation like 9/11 wouldn't count, but would be reviewed after the fact.)
