About.

"Like" to promise never to let balloons go. www.BalloonsBlow.org was created to bring awareness & educate others of the issue of balloons as litter & their effects on wildlife & the environment.

Description
www.BalloonsBlow.org is a website created to spread awareness about balloons as litter and their effects on wildlife and the environment. "Like" to promise to never let them go. Check out our website to find alternatives and learn more about their effects, the depletion of helium, and what really happens to balloons that are released.

General Information
Balloons Blow…Don’t Let Them Go! That’s the message we’re trying to get out. When we first started cleaning Florida's beaches over 17 years ago with our parents, we would never find balloons. 1. I wont even tell you how they look inside the guts of a dead sea turtle

It looks like food to sea turtles, dolphins, birds and others and it chokes their guts. Balloons are stupid, especially when they only serve the purpose of being released into the sky to fly away and litter some far away place.

Just dont do it

I remember participating in those balloon releases when I was a child. At some point in my teens I realized it wasn't a good idea and felt bad about ever doing it ... but of course we can't blame the 8 year olds.

5. My school did that once. They were more concerned about aircraft than anything else.

It's kinda fun watching stuff go up into the sky, but there is more to life than pretty sights, especially when they destroy other pretty sights.

So much for our superior intelligence.

kind of trash on the water.

I think it's mostly from boats who put out balloons, which inevitably get blown off when they are underway.
