I suppose they had to come up with something, but the Steubenville defense is getting crushed

already.

Friend says he saw Steubenville rape suspects sexually assaulting the victim

A teenage witness who was granted immunity in exchange for his testimony said he took a photo of two football stars accused of rape performing sex acts on a passed-out, naked 16-year-old girl.

“She wasn't moving. She wasn't talking. She wasn't participating,” said Anthony Craig, 18, a friend of defendants Trent Mays and Ma'lik Richmond.

Mays, 17, and Richmond, 16, are charged with raping the Weirton, W.Va., girl after parties attended by dozens of drunk teens in August. The boys deny involvement. Their attorneys say the girl never lost consciousness or the ability to make decisions. Craig's testimony came on third day of the trial.

When the prosecutor asked why he took the photo, Craig said, “I don't know. I was stupid.”

Rather than render assistance to the young woman whose life could have been in danger they drug her around from party to party and allegedly urinated on her. How totally despicable these boys were.

It's not all that surprising. Football stars are regularly forgiven of their sins.

So she was possibly too drunk to say "no?" That's a defense? I don't think so. Why the men possibly believe her inability to say no makes it okay to sexually abuse her is just awful. Try having some respect for another person guys.

It's chilling to think about, how many people saw this going on and did nothing to help... or worse, took pictures or joked about it.

Look at the times Chris Hanson busted guys with kids waiting in the car.

I used to ask guys at work who were bragging about nights at the strip clubs who I knew had girls why they went there.

"Oh well they should have better fathers"
"Yeah thank god for bad fathers"

Yes some of them actually blamed the fathers rather than the girls; but still didn't care.
