Raise taxes on fat cats and corporations but with sunset provisions creating an expiration date (similar to the Bush tax cuts).

3. You don't have to "raise taxes"....

All you gotta do is stop them from sending the money out of the country. APPLE send a billion dollars a DAY to offshore accounts. Rmoney has accounts all over the world for tax avoidance. it is not the rate it is tax avoidance that is the problem.

5. Democrats need to start saying

"we are NOT FOR RAISING TAXES, we are for people paying their taxes. Change the dialogue from one of higher taxes to tax avoidance.
