6. I blame the adults

who got them the apartment and let them think that everything they did was ok. They lead them to believe they could get away with everything.

That does not excuse them. It's just that the adults who set these boys up as God's also need to fall.

AG DeWine will announce over the next few days if he will pursue charges against others. We can hope.

He was a horrible Senator but is doing well as AG.

8. If they're convicted, they'll go to juvenile hall, I think, since they're juveniles.

Which is a shame, since their actions afterwards showed they clearly knew what they did, and continued to inflict damage on this young woman afterwards, through all their texts and pics.

11. I work in corrections

and have spoke to Correction Officers who have worked at DYS(Dept of Youth Services{kiddie prison}) and they say they would much rather work in the Adult Prison because at least the adults think a little before they do what they do and there is an underlying "respect" with the adults that does not exsist in DYS. My problem is that they will only go until they are 21.......their sentence should be extended into adulthood and once they have served their time till 21 in DYS they should be transfered to ODRC and serve out several more years.

12. We now know he's sentencd for 2 yrs to age 18 w/possibility of going to 21.

My guess is that the latest he'll stay is to age 18 so as not to "ruin his future." No regard for the young woman's future being ruined. She'll never be the same. And he did this to himself. It would've been bad enough just the one night, for HOURS...but he kept it up throughout the night and throughout the next day, texting and sending pics and laughing and bragging. No normal young man would do that. There's something wrong with him.
