I hold doors open for men and women when they are right behind me or I have the door open anyway. WTH, it's just common courtesy. Men and women hold doors open for me in the same way. Nobody bows or curtsies when they open the door. We just say "thank you." It will be a big shame in a pretty negative world if this small act of decency is dissed to extinction and people start slamming doors on each other!
