She looks like she's on her 3rd big Caffeinated drink and is on a sugar buzz and caffeinated high. Symptoms? (because after a dare I had 5-6 Vivarins once. Sweats. Eyes are odd. Rabid heartbeat. Feel like your having a stroke. Appear drunk / wired and if someone told you to jump without looking off the bridge you go. So basically she just proved exactly why those BIG HUGE THINGS should be regulated. Not sure about banned. IE maybe so and so is forced to tell you drinking an overlarge drink may kill you if you have heart problems. At least when people go to heart attack grill there is a bloody warning. Not of course since I'm a cardiophile I'm sure curious to know how high she was flying. But she has all the symptoms of having had too much of those big containers. Maybe someone should remind her of a mother going for a Nintendo Wii. On a contest of water drinking. Who later had a stroke because the water thinned out her blood. Too much is well too much. So basically Sarah here likes playing with her own life and has little care for it.

I don't know any fat person who loves being fat or deserves to be told because they are fat they are ugly, lazy and all they want to do is eat. Not all fat people are like that. I can't blame you because that is how society is and you probably think that way. But you can change if you want to. No one has a right to judge others. I guess being fat all my life I found empathy for many people no matter the size, color, straight or gay or what country they come from. I always try to put myself in that persons shoes. It's not always so simple. Life is very complicated sometimes. I really know you didn't mean to hurt my feelings. You were being funny but none the less its a stereo type. I don't hold a grudge.

She might be good in sports but if she has a debate with Keith Olbermann on sports that would be interesting..

(if not then use a flash light. ) Cause if I were a caring person I'd be asking her to run that app. Don't need to see her have a heart attack on stage.

ie go to youtube and you might be lucky to hear a heart on way too much caffeine .... (or while having sex.. can't show having sex on youtube but with a heartbeat you can. prefer having sex than a high on caffeine recording. even one on weed sounds better than on Caffeine )

neither could John McCain. He wasn't born on the mainland. Unlike Obama who was born in the USA... which is where Irony comes in on Birthers. They also complain about John McCain

http://www.michiganlawreview.org/articles/why-senator-john-mccain-cannot-be-president-eleven-months-and-a-hundred-yards-short-of-citizenship

Article II, section 1 of the Constitution provides that "No Person except a natural born Citizen . . . shall be eligible to the Office of President . . . ." A person must be a citizen at birth to be a natural born citizen. Senator McCain was born in the Canal Zone in 1936. Although he is now a U.S. citizen, the law in effect in 1936 did not grant him citizenship at birth. Because he was not born a citizen, he is not eligible to the office of president.

The citizenship of those born in the Canal Zone in 1936 is a legal question, not a question about one's views of Senator McCain's candidacy. U.S. citizenship law is not simple or intuitive. As the child of two U.S. citizens, and because his father was on active duty in the U.S. Navy, it might seem obvious and logical that he must have been a citizen at birth. However, neither in 1936 nor at any other time did Congress confer citizenship based on these facts alone-the law always required additional circumstances.

So thus because some guy called John McCain actually did run... opens up a doorway for non natural born citizens. Always figured Arnold would be the first , not someone older than him. And Arnold is Moderate and never pretended to be right wing. so the left and the right dislike him. I don't. True he didn't know how to manage money but he's smarter than most.

I swear to God, our birthers are as bad as theirs.

http://travel.state.gov/law/citizenship/citizenship_5199.html

You are either born a US citizen, or you naturalize. That's it. Those are the two categories. There is no other.

McCain is not a naturalized US citizen. He was born a US citizen.

Again for emphasis:

http://travel.state.gov/law/citizenship/citizenship_5199.html

Here's the applicable part, if you can't find it on your own:

Birth Abroad to Two U.S. Citizen Parents in Wedlock

A child born abroad to two U.S. citizen parents acquires U.S. citizenship at birth under section 301(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) provided that one of the parents had a residence in the United States or one of its outlying possessions prior to the child’s birth. The child is considered to be born in wedlock if the child is the genetic issue of the married couple.

Art. II states "natural born citizen" - it does not say "born in the United States". Again, you are either a citizen by circumstances of birth, or you are a naturalized citizen. There is no other category. McCain was born a citizen.

Be born on legal US soil regardless of parentage, immigrate and naturalize as a US citizen, or be born on foreign soil to at least one legal US citizen. Congress passed a law in McCain's teens that settled that last matter, retroactively making McCain a legal US citizen by birth.

90. The point being...
Sun Mar 17, 2013, 11:08 PM
Mar 2013

That one is either a citizen by circumstances of birth, or one is a naturalized citizen.

Article II further includes a residency requirement, with the upshot being essentially that the founders didn't want Hapsburg-like familial relations influencing foreign policy. To suggest that someone born to US citizens abroad merely due to military service to the US would somehow violate that intent - and especially under the peculiar circumstances of the Canal Zone administration - is just silly.

McCain is a crotchety halfwit with anger issues and extremely poor judgment. If anything, it would be better if THAT was a disqualification for office. Those characteristics aside, he did spend his entire adult life in the service of the US, and including being held in captivity. That much merits respect.

McCain's and other children's legal citizenship were murky enough at the time that it warranted Congressional action to settle the matter. Your dismissiveness of context won't change that. And on the flip side yes, it is silly to suggest McCain isn't a US citizen because again, Congress passed a law decades ago settling the matter for McCain and other like him before and since.

And have stated it to plenty of birthers when he ran.
I told them to look at Johnny's birth certificate, and find out that he was born in the Canal Zone. Just because the US leased it, didn't make it within the US.

The thing about Ahnold, which make it impossible for him to run is that his parents were not military, and he was not born in an area that was leased by the US. He was born in Austria, and became a US citizen in 2002. Thus, he cannot run for President, or Vice-President.

She had just told the story of what she got for Christmas --- Todd got her a gun rack for their truck and Todd got a new rifle. She wrapped her story by saying "Todd got the rifle and I (while puffing out her chest) got the rack." She then immediately grabbed the Big Gulp and made this 'lil miss innocent" face, as in "did I just say that." It was sad, sexist and all Sarah.

It was a grand celebration of ignorance, bigotry, sexism, and homophobia. Palin is a prime representative of that era, but she has no chance of ever being elected.

America has moved beyond the Reagan era.

A gif of Sarah sucking seductively on a large -- one might say huge and throbbing -- container of Coke or other dark soda.

Sarah, oh Sarah, you're perkiness had it not been overshadowed by your basic meanness and heartless mendacity, would have been touching and even attractive. If you had only had no voice, we could have enjoyed your smile, wink, and cleavage.
