It looks like a 'ute' I saw in some Australian movie or TV show. Something about the 'out back'. The low profile tires would make it all but useless as a farm truck.
Unless our lonely republican is a giant, with that things size, even with a small V8 or V6 in around the 3.5 L range that 'ute' would pack some wallop.

Had to pick around their webpage a bit but it looks like V6 or V8 is offered.
I also think you're right, "not offered here".
"Ute" would imply Australia or at least someplace with a 4 digit "post" code.
I don't know how this thing would work out as a farm or construction truck. If all you needed was more carrying room than a trunk given the V8 that thing could be a riot.
That is if you don't mind being occasionally passed by you're tail lights.

People are free to come to their own conclusions about the photo. When you put yourself up on the net you open yourself up for this and this photo has already made the viral rounds on FB. It simply is humorous for many people. He looks like a teenager showing off his fancy car. He deserves a little ribbing just as Democrats who put up awkward photos deserve it as well.
