1. I have to laugh at these "right to work" idiots here in Florida.

As someone that works in the construction industry I'm noticing a new trend. The cheapest competitors on the market are companies that have no employees. They bid jobs and then use tradesmen supplied by employment companies like Labor Force.

So instead of being a member of a union that charges you dues and represents you and makes sure you are getting compensated at a certain level. You are represented by a company that charges a contractor and takes out their cut and pays you at the level they determine. The main difference is you elect your union representatives. With the employment company you have no voice and no power.

Way to go geniuses!
