Terminally ill man wins marathon while pushing his daughter around course in pushchair

Sometimes an amazing sports story comes along which reaffirms your belief in humanity. The story of Iram Leon is one such tale.

The 32-year-old Leon was diagnosed with brain cancer in November 2010, and though the disease will eventually kill him, doctors hope he'll still be alive at age 40.

Leon's brain tumour has forced him to make lots of adjustments. He can't drive, work or even play contact sports. But he can still run.
