(16,993 posts)Just a responsible gun owner exercising his Second Amendment right to bear arms.
The fact that he's created chaos on campus is not any concern of his.

(11,417 posts)around with a AR15 type gun is not going to start shooting a bunch of people.
Where is the right to peaceabaly enjoy life when gunners force their fetish on the rest of us?

(16,993 posts)Like the right to LIVE.
I had someone tell me once that the keyword in the phrase "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" was PURSUIT. You aren't guaranteed it, just should have a reasonable expectation of having it.
So, a person walking around with an AR15--traumatizing everyone in the area while doing so--is apparently more entitled to their rights than everyone else.
As far as I'm concerned, the right to life trumps all other rights, because without life there is no need for any other rights. There are a lot of family members who feel a victim's right to life surely wasn't protected...
They don't seem to get that, of course.
