Remember the Idaho man who was going to smoke 597 pot plants by himself?

Today's paper brings news that Michael Ihler, the biggest pothead in the entire world, attempted to hang himself with a bedsheet in his jail cell at the Benewah County Jail in St. Maries, Idaho, on Tuesday night. Fortunately for him, he woke his cellmates up while doing it and they saved his life.

Of course, when you try committing suicide in jail they take you to the hospital. The jailer had Ihler transported by ambulance...which only sounds really fucking stupid when you know the hospital and the jail in St. Maries are on the same block.

The St. Maries Keystone Kops nailed this asshole last year in the midst of a huge grow operation. He had almost 600 ganga plants, high pressure sodium lighting for gloomy days, he removed the roof of his house over his living room...a significant commercial grow. When the police came he said all those plants were for personal use. When the first news came out I asked the membership here how long it would take to smoke 600 marijuana plants by yourself...a couple people said they'd be willing to find out if someone would send them.600 pot plants...

After photographing the operation they sent one plant to the state drug lab and locked the rest in a warehouse, which someone broke into that night and removed all the evidence including the shake.
