And it was crossing in the pedestrian walkway! So I stopped my car, picked it up and walked it to the edge of the street and set it down. It promptly made a left and started off down the sidewalk, as if it knew exactly where it was going and had an appointment to keep!

There was no way to move the elephant out so...the heavy duty chainsaws were brought in. Needless to say, the Elephant House was closed that day but as a curious employee, I snuck in.

Most...enlightening.

You can just see it in those beady little headlights and that brush guard bumper. What did that truck expect? Did he really think that Elephant Seal would let him park where ever he wanted? The nerve of some vehicles.
