Two top foreign policy lawmakers, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) and Sen. Carl Levin (D-Mich.), separately called for the White House to step up military action in Syria, with Graham arguing that Obama should consider having American troops "get on the ground" to help secure chemical weapons sites.

3. If the Syrian rebels are being slaughtered by Assad's forces...

...with chemical weapons, then, something SHOULD be done. If this "something" is done by the US, so be it. At least, for once, we would be PREVENTING misery instead of inflicting it!

4. NATO or UN, not just us--and only with clear objectives. I don't like the idea

of entangling OUR kids in a multi-party civil war, and making OUR kids subject to chemical weapon attacks. This would be a real mess.
