Is the average GOP Primary Voter a Racist and Homophobe?

Not everyone in the GOP is Racist and a Homophobe. However, would it be fair to describe the average GOP primary voter a racist and homophobe?

Four years ago I would have said, no way. Today, I really think that is a fair way to describe them. It really has become a very ugly political party.

What do we do when a major segment of society is willfully ignorant and reactionary?

I have debated too many of them to believe they're anything but racists and homophobes. Their entire basis for hating welfare, social security (unless they already have theirs, of course), medicare, EBT, any minimum wage hikes, etc., is predicated on the myth that only blacks and Mexicans are using these programs. And they'd rather have them starve or die of illness than help them in any which way.

Their support for racist bills like SB 1070 is based in racism.

Their whole argument about defending marriage as being between a man and a woman, has everything to do with being homophones.

The ONLY Republicans who aren't like that are the wealthy ones who exploit idiots on the lower scale of our society for their votes in order to gain power for more tax cuts for the rich and more taxes on the poor. These elitists, like Romney and Gingrich, know they can use their friends in corporate media to blame the Democrats for all the ills in this country they themselves cause.

NeoCons are the most dangerous of all. People like Murdoch - yes, he's an Israeli and NeoCon, just like Gingrich's sugar-daddy, Adelson - have the most money and are seeking to take the M.E. as their own using American blood and money to that end.

11. Without racism and bigotry, there simply is no Republican party

This is the glue that holds their party together.

Just look to the Mississippi survey for your answer. 46% of them want interracial marriage banned. Think about that for a moment. About half of the Republicans are not just racist, but so fucking racist that they want to bring back the ban on interracial marriage. That's some hard core racism right there.

Then think about all their rhetoric for a moment. 54% pay taxes. Who do you think they mean by that 54%? They mean white people. And the reason why they get so wrapped around the axle at public assistance for the disadvantaged is they see 'their' money going to minorities. Think about their 'states' rights' rhetoric. That came straight out of the segregation era and is code speak for 'fuck you n***er. Think about 'family values'. This is code speak for 'fuck you queers'. Practically everything they stand for is rooted in hate.
