It should be obvious to anyone with 2 brain cells to rub together. Or anyone not heavily pursuing an agenda.

*BUT*

Having it in print makes it marginally more difficult to ignore. Thanks!

9. I posted a question in the Yahoo Answers politics section once

about why people think MSNBC is so liberal, and I even used some of the examples about how Scarborough is on there daily for 3 hours and how they regularly have Republican guests. I even asked them how MSNBC is supposedly so liberal, when they are in fact part of a corporation and are pro-business. There were a ton of stupid answers to my question, but one answer that really stood out was from a wingnut who actually called Scarborough a RINO! So they not only think that Obama is a flaming liberal, but Scarborough as well?!

These people who partake in this false equivalence of the 2 networks never listen to reason. You'll drive yourself batty convincing them that FOX is more right-wing than MSNBC is left-wing.

10. I tell befuddled people that the main difference is FACT CHECKERS

MSNBC has them and uses their information. Pox makes shit up and would find fact checkers an unnecessary expense as well as a major nuisance.

Right now they're whining that Michael Moore was making things up on The Ed Show on Friday.

Of course, it's NOT TRUE, but that doesn't stop them.

because there are not enough lies to make it worthwhile. Half of Media Matters is about Fox.

14. Who cares? It is still corporate media that does not, as a whole, do real journalism!

Who cares if they are less slanted than Fox! Why don't they do stories about the total corruption of Washington and that special interests are the only ones represented! Maddow and the others do their thing, but they do not report the underlying faults within our political system. None of the networks have followed up on the Gulf oil spill to show that BP sank the oil with Corexit to avoid the government fine, thus ruining the fishing and way of life for millions. None bothered to read the details of the supposed 20 billion dollar fund to see that there was never a fund with 20 billion. None reported when the Judge signed an Order stating that Ken Feinberg was NEVER Independant of BP and at all times hd been BP's representative instead of the "Independant" head of he Gulf Coast Claims Facility. Do you know how many took what little he offered them b/c they thought he was Independant? This is only one example of the corporate friendly, "entertainment" news!
