Tuesday night proved to be a great evening with two strong Democratic victories.
First, we got word that we won the hard-fought special election in Oregon’s 1st District by electing Democrat Suzanne Bonamici to office.
Her victory put Republicans on notice that voters will no longer stand for Tea Party obstruction. Suzanne joins special election winners Kathy Hochul and Janice Hahn as the third Democratic woman elected to office over the last year.
