have fallen dramatically in stature in regard to how I view them. Alito, Bush, Thomas and so many others... These schools may be considered "elite" because of tuition costs, but clearly not intellectually elite, which I had (naively) always thought to be part of their status.

My dad's a graduate of University of Pennsylvania, so I've always revered the "Ivy League." Perhaps I should limit my admiration to my dad.

I still think we have a broad ruling coming in favor of marriage equality. Roberts will not want to rehear the same case in a couple of years once someone targets a red state amendment as violating the 14th amendment. He surely knows it is coming unless a broad ruling occurs here.
