Call for political action re:Race for the Cure

How many of these events are held at schools and public facilities?

It is time to figure out where in your area these events are being held and DEMAND that they not allow them to take place in these venues.

When a "charity" becomes a platform for politics--it should no longer be allowed to take place in tax-funded facilities.

All the cancer groups are just big businesses anyway.

I now consider them a scourge, they do not plan on curing anything.

Cancer will NEVER be cured because it is big business.

If you doubt me, walk through the marble halls with chandeliers at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas....that is Texas Oncology.

When big pharma can sell anti-nausea pills for $100 a pop...why find a cure?

Why find a cure when chemo costs $5k a round?

There will always be better chemo drugs, better medication to fight the side effects of the chemo drugs, but after I saw the money that rolls through a cancer center, it is about making money, not saving lives.

There will never be a cure as long as we keep profit in healthcare.
