Banks find a way to screw the poor again.

Banks find loopholes in banned payday loans.

It seems like the banks have found a way to keep making money at the expense of poor people. They have no shame.

Mostly, it's about how payday loans charge 300% and how they are structured so you never really get out from under them. Why can't we get these crooks regulated once and for all? I really wish our govt. legislators would have the stones to nationalize all the banks so they can be restructured and the many abuses they are perpetrating be brought to a halt. I thought the mortgage scams were low, but this is really low.
