Barney Frank just said on Al Sharpton's show: Republicans believe life begins at conception

and ends after birth. This is the first time I have ever heard a Democratic Politician say this. I wish more Democrats would start saying this.

limit abortion they should raise taxes to help pay for the costs of raising the children resulting from the new laws.

5. Excellent, and so true...

The thought process absoutely kills me...the zygote and fetus are sacred, but as soon as you pop out into the world you're on your own, especially if you are poor and/or have brown skin.

My usual response to those who claim they are "pro-life" is: "Well, that must mean your anti-war, anti-death penalty and pro universal health care, right?". The responses I get to that are always quite interesting.
