then why didn't they declare war when N. Korea attacked S. Korea twice since 2010?
When a NK sub sank a SK Frigate with significant loss of life, why not then?
How about when NK shelled a SK island and killed 2 civilians and 2 SK Marines, why not then?

thousands of US troops coming home in body bags. No one does. Not to mention chem weapons, maybe even dirty bombs or a nuclear weapon, China involvement...To suggest this is crazy.
