Vito, the Pitbull is being evicted by a Wintergarden HOA.

A kidnapping suspect broke a window to a house where the dog lived with his owners. At home was just the son at the time. Vito jumped through the window and attacked the suspect. I believe the cops managed to get the perp.

Three days later the HOA wrote to tell the owners that they had until April 3rd to get the dog out of the Association.

No good deed goes unpunished.

They said it was a story we wouldn't hear anywhere else. I'll look for a link on their website.

fact that the dog was running lose - chasing the suspect.

I would think a lawyer would get this resolved in the owner's favor.
