You know that there is fraud there. What is the damn hold up? Once that is started we need a Capitol invasion commission to put the entire organization in prison.
I hope that Merick Garland is aggressive. It will be up to him to save Democracy now.

1. At worst, he'll pay some additional taxes and fines. But, he won't go to prison.

Odds are, they’ll conclude when looking at all his “holdings,” he was living off loans and loss carry forwards, thus owing little additional taxes.

My guess is Garland and Biden will be reluctant to get into that mess. I do hope they go after white wing terrorists groups. If someone stumbles on something that actually takes trump down, I’ll cheer.

NYAG should drop an indictment nuke on that family by Monday night.

And I think Garland's nom is coming up in a week.
