Idiot: Phil Gingrey walks out on Barack Obama’s prayer address

A spokeswoman for U.S. Rep. Phil Gingrey confirmed this afternoon that the Marietta Republican walked out of President Barack Obama’s address at the annual National Prayer Breakfast, offended by what the congressman said was an injection of political rhetoric into an occasion of non-partisan reflection.

“He was glad that the president attended, but he felt that there were 364 days in a year to give a speech on your policies or campaign rhetoric,” said Gingrey spokeswoman Jen Talaber.

She said Gingrey enjoyed the remarks by the event’s keynote speaker, conservative author Eric Metaxes, who was in South Carolina last month campaigning with GOP presidential candidate Rick Santorum.

And I am fed up with all these so-called Republican Christians that never 'act' like a Christian.
It just makes ya wanna puke!

On the link below are the videos of President Obama's National Prayer Breakfast speeches for years 2012, 2011, 2010

who does not embrace their narrow, bigoted religiosity. Theoretically, we have the right in this nation not to be forced to observe any religious belief system.

And as far as OUR RIGHT not to embrace any religious belief system,
Roseanne Barr hits the nail on the head in the video below regarding that issue

p.s. The religion part starts around the 3:30 minute mark in the video,
but I recommend watching the whole video

4. Yeah, Gingrey hates partisan rhetoric

Gingrey, a proud member of the Tea Party Caucus, was the idiot who in 2009 jumped on Limbaugh for criticizing House Republicans for what he saw as appeasing Obama on the Stimulus Bill.

Gingrey said: I mean, it's easy if you're Sean Hannity or Rush Limbaugh or even sometimes Newt Gingrich to stand back and throw bricks. You don't have to try to do what's best for your people or your party."

After a rash of hate email from Dittoheads, Gingrey immediately booked a spot on Limbaugh's radio show to publicly humiliate himself with profuse apologies during which he vowed to oppose the bill that would be used to apply a tournequet to the nation's economic tailspin.

"Rush, thank you so much. I thank you for the opportunity, of course this is not exactly the way to I wanted to come on. … Mainly, I want to express to you and all your listeners my very sincere regret for those comments I made yesterday to Politico. … I clearly ended up putting my foot in my mouth with some of those comments, and I just wanted to tell you, Rush, and all the 'conservative giants' who help us so much to maintain our base and grow it and get back this majority that I regret those stupid comments".

Following this shameless drone of partisan rhetoric was the sound of Rush Limbaugh rebuckling his belt.
