Well, this has to be a first.

One of my FaceBook friends just posted a comment on my thread about the Komen Foundation doing an about-face.

Part of her comment was to the effect that Planned Parenthood provides defective contraceptives to poor women, in order to increase the number of abortion patients. I can't even bring myself to respond, because it would mean trying to wrap my mind around her logic.

And yes, there is a recent-vintage satire piece in The Onion about a massive Planned Parenthood "Abortionplex" being built somewhere, which lots of outraged numbskulls forwarded to each other because they actually believed it.
