(5,022 posts)They blindly follow him no matter what. With all the evidence showing that he's a racist they still follow him like he's their freaking messiah.

(2,682 posts)One can't have a conversation with him because if he hears something he doesn't like, he shouts "LIES" and keeps shouting until the person speaking shuts up. I avoid him whenever I can. It's a pity -- I used to like him but he got indoctrinated by some guy at work who is a Glenn Beck admirer and that was the end of that.

(53,949 posts)It does no good to shrug off people because they are or seem "fringe." While it may not require full red-alert, it does warrent staying on top of things. It is one of the reasons I still read the sites of Neo-Nazis, white supremacists, homophobes, and other "malcontents."

Charming guy.
Yes, abominable activities like eating, sleeping, working out, going to work, paying bills, hiking and watching TV. HORRRRRRORS!!!

Ron Paul is for born-again nutwingers who want to screw and smoke dope without guilt.
Disclaimer: I'd like to see mj decriminalized. It was the only thing that gave my dad any relief from the pain of cancer. The suppliers who sold to him were older widows living on (shrinking) fixed incomes who sold a pinch here and a pinch there to ailing seniors so as not to have to eat cat food. I suspect this scenario is at least as much the case as the casual user.
I'll say this: I don't know how many others here have had to care for terminally-ill relatives. People living with horrible pain can be difficult, even nasty. MJ relieves the pain, allows them to eat (often a huge challenge), both of which make caring for them one helluvalot easier.
After witnessing the benefits first-hand, I can think of no rational reason to keep it outlawed.
Unlike the Paulbots, I'm not willing to trash the Constitution, bring down the entire government, and cause global economic chaos in order to achieve that goal.

nazi no, even if some nazis support him.
in order to be a classic nazi, he would have to oppose freedom of speech, support mass incarceration, mass discrimination, and believe in stealing land from other countries and replacing the native ethnic groups with members of ones own ethnic group.
There are many people who fit that description including some democrats.

Old tricks, used again and again.
But, they aren't gaining many converts lately.
Yet.
