Judge: Obama eligible to be Georgia candidate

In a 10-page order, Judge Michael Malihi dismissed one challenge that contended Obama has a computer-generated Hawaiian birth certificate, a fraudulent Social Security number and invalid U.S. identification papers. He also turned back another that claimed the president is ineligible to be a candidate because his father was not a U.S. citizen at the time of Obama's birth.

The findings by Malihi, a judge for the State Office of Administrative Hearings, go to Secretary of State Brian Kemp, who will make the final determination. Last month, at a hearing boycotted by Obama's lawyer, Malihi considered complaints brought by members of the so-called "birther" movement.

With regard to the challenge that Obama does not have legitimate birth and identification papers, Malihi said he found the evidence "unsatisfactory" and "insufficient to support plaintiffs' allegations."

who probably has his head in the gas oven as we speak.

He was positive that this ruling would be 'just the beginning', and the other states would follow suit and fall like dominoes, barring Obama's inclusion on their ballots as well.

He'll just have a conspiracy theory ready by Monday.

Try to be polite. Give up a knowing smile and a nod: "Yeah, maybe that's it". He'll secretly know better.

By Monday I'll be hearing about "Who got to that judge? What do they have on him?"

I'll then be reminded that it's not over yet - there will be other judges, other states, my pretty - and we'll get that damned Obama and his dog, too!

I ran out of gas. I... I had a flat tire. I didn't have enough money for cab fare. My tux didn't come back from the cleaners. An old friend came in from out of town. Someone stole my car. There was an earthquake. A terrible flood. Locusts! IT WASN'T MY FAULT, I SWEAR TO GOD!

Alas, the Judge who was pretty hostile to Obama by trying to order him to appear, slapped down their arguments which didn't even get challenged because Obama's attorney boycotted. So basically they were fighters in the ring without an opponent and they still got knocked out.

bullshit once and for all by declaring any such suits filed in any state, and any further birther bullshit filed anywhere, to be frivolous and imposing huge sanctions on them for doing so. And Oily Taters needs to be declared a vexatious litigant asap. Why she hasn't been declared so yet is beyond me. STOP THIS BULLSHIT once and for all.

And I wouldn't put it past the GA uber-right SOS to refuse to accept the ruling and to not certify him on the ballot.
