MSNBC's "B" team covering the election tonight.



There is no Rachel Maddow, Laurence O'donnell, Ed Schultz, or Chris Mathews. We likely will be without Eugene Robinson, Howard Fineman etc. too.


Michael Smerconish is the host.



Its still much better than MSNBC's usual weekend prison porn. And at least I'm not forced to watch FOX tonight for political coverage.

However, MSNBC is suppose to be "The Place For Politics!"

And heck, we only have these kinds of events once every 4 years.


Does Bob Costas take off weekends for the Olympics, with the understanding that that even though its a once every 4 year special event, he normally doesn't work weekends?
