Orly Taitz Orders Prosecution of Everyone Who Disagrees With Her

In a shocking turn of events, the birther trial in Georgia of which Orly Taitz tries to be a part despite the fact that she can’t practice law in Georgia (and probably anywhere else) has ruled in favor of sanity i.e. Obama! Which means that Taitz, who evidently steals bedspreads from Las Vegas hotels and fashions them into suits, has now ordered an “emergency appeal,” which is the kind of thing that Actual Lawyers use when their client is about to be put to death, etc.

But for Orly Taitz one Georgia citizen’s loss of a trial to prove Obama is a heathen from abroad is AKIN TO DEATH, so, writing in five different fonts, including underrated favorite of seventh-grade history presentations, StageCoach, and using, variously, all-caps, bold and underline to convey her point, Taitz has ordered for the criminal investigation of the presiding judge in the case, Michael Malihi, and Obama’s lawyers, and of course Obama, as well as, probably, the court typist, the courtroom attendants, and that one elderly lady who was drinking from the water fountain outside the courtroom when the trial let out.

Judging by the fact that between zero and one news outlets even covered the Farrar v. Obama ruling, really the only noteworthy thing about this is Orly Taitz’s ability to make a really strong case for herself as a lawyer by insulting a judge and otherwise throwing a tantrum in broken legalese. Some excerpts from the “official” appeal:

This behavior of judge Malihi was so outrageous, that not only his advisory opinion needs to be set aside, as not grounded in any fact or law, but state and county grand juries and the Attorney General of Georgia need to launch a criminal investigation into actions of judge Malihi and possible direct or indirect undue influence by Obama. Decision by Malihi reads, as if it was entirely written by Obama’s personal attorneys Robert Bauer and Judith Corley of Perkins Coie and rubber stamped by Malihi. It is noteworthy, that both Robert Bauer and Judith Corley need to be criminally investigated as well, as both of them were complicit in aiding and abetting Obama in presenting to the public on April 27, 2011 a computer generated forgery and claiming it to be a true and correct copy of Obama’s birth certificate.

And she's a part time dentist and real estate agent but I don't know if she makes any money at these things.

I don't think she's getting funds anywhere else. Even rightwing extremists have started to run and hide when they see her coming. I remember one of the teabagger rallies where she showed up thinking she was going to get treated like Sarah with a spot on the agenda and a $100K speaker's fee. Not like this gal graduated from Harvard. He'll she didn't even graduated from any b-list or c-list law schools.

The Taft Law School is a distance education, online-based law school based in Santa Ana, California. Taft Law School and William Howard Taft University comprise The Taft University System.[5] The State Bar of California Committee of Bar Examiners has registered Taft Law School as an unaccredited correspondence law school.[2] As a California State Bar registered school, graduates are allowed to sit for the California Bar exam. Taft Law currently offers Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Master of Laws (LL.M.) law degree programs.

It's an online degree and from what I've ready you basically learn how to take the California Bar.

Clearly with Oily Taintz misuse of legal procedures, like her recent one with the emergency appeal (used mainly for death row inmates), she is capable of memorizing alot of big words but has no real practical skills in using them in law.

I'm sure that helped her through the perplexing maze of basic legal procedures practiced here on Planet Earth. But alas, their relationship (oh yes, it was that kind of relationship too) was not to last. It ended in 2009, leaving Orly to actually write and file her own legal briefs. As we can tell from her more recent antics, she has not since found another toadie who knows the difference between a Writ and a hole in the ground.

48. As I understand it
Wed Feb 8, 2012, 12:56 AM

it's more complicated than that. I've done genealogy research for nearly 40 years and have obtained many birth certificates from different states. Since 9/11 states have become very tight with issuing birth certificates in order to prevent identity theft and I suppose in some effort to "fight terrorism" (isn't that what's claimed when the government doesn't want you to have information). Before 9/11 states issued a certified copy of the original information which contained things like addresses, type of work, signature of attending physician, etc. After 9/11 states have issued an abbreviated version which includes only name, birth date, parents names and not much else. When Mr. Obama presented his qualifications to get on the ballot, I presume that the birth certificate the state of Hawaii issued at that time was the abbreviated version.

Along came these "birfers" who seem to recall in the dark recesses of their miniscule brains that their own birth certificate issued many years ago contained more detailed information. Therefore, this "other", this dark-skinned up-start, MUST have furnished a fake certificate. He didn't -- he furnished the certificate that Hawaii issued at the time.

Subsequently THE STATE OF HAWAII, in violation of their own procedures, issued a copy of his "long form" certificate. The state was reluctant to break protocol as they were concerned that if they did it once, people would be clamoring for them to do it again and again. However, the state decided to issue the longer form anyway. Obama didn't issue the certificate, it was up to the State of Hawaii to issue the certificate.

But those pin-heads just can't wrap their itty-bitty nobules which substitute for brains around the fact that this man is not only qualified in every manner to run for the Presidency, he DID run and he DID win. It's long past time to stop beating this dead horse.

Orly wants a court to grant her the right of discovery. She believes such a privilege could be exploited to pursue a perpetual witch hunt against Obama. Consider this quote by Joseph Farah, the founder and editor-in-chief of World Net Daily:

"It'll (birther conspiracy theories) plague Obama throughout his presidency. It'll be a nagging issue and a sore on his administration, much like Monica Lewinsky was on Bill Clinton's presidency," and, "It's not going to go away, and it will drive a wedge in an already divided public."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_Farah

World Net Daily is a conservative blog where birthers' fantasies have long been promoted.

The Republican investigations against the Clinton Administration lasted 12 years.
