Alright now… Time for some JOE B. Loving!

bvsed-socialist:

Simply one of the greatest people to ever live.

He loves life.

He loves his family.

He loves his country.

He’s a phenomenal legislator.

He’s a fantastic VP and the perfect VP for Obama.

He wrote the Violence Against Women act.

He cares about gay and trans rights.

He wears aviators.

He eats ice cream.

He survived a devastating tragedy and chose to respond by fighting for people in need and living his life with daily joy.

He’s a catholic, but doesn’t let their barbaric social stances tell him what to think.

He laughed in Paul Ryan’s stupid face.

He sometimes says the wrong thing, but he never lets embarrassment or criticism keep him from being himself.

He refused to kiss the punk ass Pope’s punk ass ring because his mother taught him that no man is better than him.

And he rules in about 400 other ways that I didn’t even think of.

This was his major campaign talking point. And Obama blew all of that off before he was even sworn in for a second term. Joe needs to decide where he stands now. He can stand with his boss, or he can stand by his word. Right now, like the President, he is showing that his word means nothing.

I do not blame Joe for setting policy. I do blame him for not speaking out against proposals he spent the last year vowing would never happen on his watch. He doesn't deserve credit for integrity when he has shown none. When he stands up for the promises he made he will deserve our respect, until then he deserves nothing.

When he spoke out against the surge in Afghanistan, when Obama decided to go with the Generals' recommendations, he supported Obama's decision. He has to.

We don't want a VP who stabs his POTUS in the back. I'd lose a lot of respect for him if he did that. He knew what he was getting into when he took the job, and it can't be easy for him, but he's never wavered in his loyalty.

ETA: He's keeping the promise he made to Obama, even if he disagrees with thim. that's integrity. And it's not "his watch". If he phrased it that way, it was probably Freudian.

I think if it WAS his watch, SS would never have been "on the table".

If he considers loyalty to the President to be more important than loyalty to the people then he deserves whatever fallout and condemnation he gets.

I'm sorry, but you can't convince me that Joe doesn't have integrity or that he doesn't have strength of his convictions.

I haven't heard what he's said since the COLA crap hit the fan, but I'm betting he's biting his tongue. And though you don't agree with me on this, I think he has to toe the Administration line.

My darling daughter Leticia,
Doctor fixed my temporolobular USB port so I can write you again. Glad you are doing well in school. How is the weather there in Sao Paulo? Still 20 below here, but better than the mini-ice age.
Well, the last of our humans died here today in Stanford ICU. His name was Claire. His Head Nurse Pawprint, you know, the native labrador entered into her log that her patient was so glad canines are taking care of their mistakes, and grateful for their care. I hear they've almost cleaned up the midwest to habitability from the Kochpollutant. The BART trains will resume to Denver soon, it's still to toxic to filter out yet. But I regress... I read that Claire, the last human told some interesting stories about their species demise:
Apparently, the great catastrophe started in human history from over 300 years ago, and his great, great, great grandfather was a great elected official who warned and warned humans of things to come. But some archaic group of rather low intellect humans kept very greedy people in power. We were still evolving, apparently, this was long before us dogs were able to hook to the netsphere. The responsible group were called the republirats, I think, who allowed a small group greedy humans to pump the billions of tons of toxic carbon into the atmosphere. Although nearly the last of the complex carbonoimmunoviral has been safely shot into spacecraft, the cleanup of old carcasses and their residuals continues. So, just take the BART crossing from Havana and stay the southern route when you come visit. Just keep the filter mask on from the time the bridge crosses into land until they announce the arizona sign, and you are safe. There are no stops between, so it's only an hour or so. About halfway here you'll see the old ghostly skyscrapers the humans built called Dallas along the way.
I don't hear much from your father lately, he says the Geneva solar grid still needs work and it's a long process without opposable thumbs the humans had, but work continues and he's eating well.
Well, Leticia, keep your grades up, must go now. Your Loving Bitchmama Anastasia.

Hi Mom!!! 3/9/2342 1843 p.m.
Oh, mom!!!! I got the coolest quad of shoes at Costco!!! and they fit my claws perfectly.
Summer continues unabated today here, It will top out at 140F, but my suncooler is working perfectly. Yes, SolGeneva powergrid good here too. I take the BART out of Paulo, but may not have to take the Havana, the Mexico City line is nearly detoxified, but you don't see it anymore, it's all tunneled with air from here. It's mask free from Losangelean north.
Now, mom, I know your old human Bidenocrats saved us in the brink of time from the human's folly, but they aren't what they used to be. Was Claire really related to the great Joe? My history teacher said kochpollutant was named from the worst offenders, plenty from the same publirats group dumped their toxins here too. Thank Dog they all are gone. El Obamanos will win here, Caleb's the predicted winner.
Lassiepup is doing fine, Pelo is en trabajo and I need to shave him again soon as he gets home, it's so hot. He will pick up more puppychow on the way home any time now. Lass would eat the whole house if we let him... lol! I will send puppy pics soon.
Can't wait to see you next month, We'll meet you at Mountain View station! That one is the nearest trot from the house, No?
Your loving puppy Leticia.
