yes, it was on his watch. I am a bit surprised so many are forgetting that and how convenient it was for a Bush to start off the murder, for Clinton to hold onto murdering and for the Chimp to finish off the job. Can it really be all coincidence? Can it really be that Clinton's treatment of Iraq is kinder than Bush Jr.'s just because he is smarter than Bush Jr.?
