Generally, most states require all kids younger than eight to ride in a federally approved child safety seat or booster that’s properly secured. Exemptions are usually granted to kids exceeding four feet and nine inches, but that little girl is no where NEAR 4'9"!

A minor cannot:
- buy tickets to PG-13 or R rated movies
- rent a car
- stay in a hotel or motel unaccompanied by adults
- have consensual sex
- smoke
- drink or enter a bar
- gamble or enter a casino
- serve in the Armed Forces
- vote

But thanks to the NRA and the gutless asshats of the Republican AND Democratic parties, they CAN:
- be given a lethal weapon by damn near anyone vaguely related to them
