Who was that bald headed Kevin ???? sucker on The Cycle just now?
He was spouting off about how he wants the government to fall apart and people to be able to opt out of the political system. That if just 10% of people didn't pay taxes, there wouldn't be enough people in law enforcement to arrest them all. I've never seen him before but apparently they were asking him about a book he wrote? I came in the room too late to catch his full name.
