Does anyone know why the police initially arrested all three brothers

even though only one owned and lived at the Cleveland house and the police are now saying the other brothers weren't involved?

It's bad enough to have an evil brother, without being thrown into jail for something he did.

1. They were all together when they found the main guy. Better safe than sorry.

They didn't have all the info from the young ladies at the time.

3. Both of the brothers had outstanding warrants.

I think they are for minor offenses.
